NFL: two new rule changes will be coming , 1) Full time officials will be hired for the 2017 season , plans are now being put in place to set this in motion . 2) Replay reviews will be coming from NYC , to fix the problems with penalty enforcements    NBA : Lakers move up from # 30 to #28 , while the warriors fall to #4 , while Cleveland moves up to the number 1 spot as of 3/3/2017 .
