Should you restrict your eating habits, researchers at the University of Alabama may think so, they believe that the body has a internal clock, whereas you can eat between the hours of 8am to 2pm and give yourself a 18 hour fast, it may help to lose weight , but the studies are not complete as they did the study with a small group and a larger , more comprehensive study will need to take place . ( in my opinion , I wouldn,t try this until they have proof . )
